The JYR80100 adopts advanced third-generation power supply technology, offering features such as high power efficiency, large output current, and high charging voltage. it is specifically designed to address the challenges of DC resistance measurement and temperaturerise testing in single-unit large-capacity HV/EHV/UHV transformers ranging from 5MVA to1200 + MVA. lt is the ideal choice for DC resistance and temperature rise tests on ultra-large transformers.

Supports resistance measurement from 0Ω to 8Ω, suitable for large transformers.
Magnetic Auxiliary Terminal
Equipped with a magnetic auxiliary short-circuit terminal for simplified wiring, ideal for five-limb core transformers with low-voltage magnetic stability and split transformers with dual low-voltage magnetic boosting.
Integrated Temperature Module
Built-in wireless temperature acquisition module. The DC resistance function supports single-, dual-, and triple-channel measurement. Offers multiple current ranges (100A, 50A, 20A, 10A), customizable timing for temperature rise, real-time sampling, and real-time printing—allowing one-step completion of the temperature rise test.
Temperature Stability Evaluation
In standard mode, supports automatic temperature conversion and displays the percentage difference of readings at 10, 20, 30, and 60 seconds before stabilization to help assess data stability.
Comprehensive Protection System
Features complete safety mechanisms including audio discharge alarms, wiring error alerts, and phase loss warnings. Clear indications and reliable safeguards minimize operator error.
User-Friendly Interface
Equipped with a 5-inch color touchscreen for intuitive operation and clear data display.
Data Storage and Export
Built-in perpetual calendar, supports storage of 100 sets of conventional data and 3 sets of temperature rise test data. Automatic temperature conversion in standard mode. Data is preserved even after shutdown. Includes a USB port for easy export and generation of temperature rise curves.
Remote Communication
Features an RS485 interface for integration with PC-based control software, enabling remote operation and long-distance data acquisition.
